Users acknowledge that the Service may process, store, transmit, analyze, cache, record, log, monitor, archive, delete, modify, or otherwise handle data necessary for the operation, maintenance, security, development, administration, legal compliance, troubleshooting, or improvement of the Service.
The Operator reserves the right to maintain records, logs, backups, analytics, audit trails, metadata, usage information, and technical information for any duration deemed appropriate, subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, source code, documentation, graphics, content, software components, databases, systems, and related materials remain the property of the Operator or their respective owners.
No ownership rights are transferred to users by virtue of access to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, economic, reputational, contractual, statutory, regulatory, or other damages arising from or relating to the use, misuse, inability to use, interruption of use, or reliance upon the Service.
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including but not limited to contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory liability, equity, or otherwise.
The Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, guarantees, assurances, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, oral, written, or otherwise.
The Service is provided without warranties of performance, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, non-infringement, fitness for purpose, merchantability, or error-free operation.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator, affiliates, partners, contributors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, expenses, and costs, including legal fees, arising from or related to the User's conduct, actions, content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
The Operator may suspend, terminate, restrict, disable, remove, or otherwise affect any account, user, resource, content, access privilege, permission, or feature at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
Users acknowledge that access to the Service is a privilege and not a guaranteed right.
The Operator shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, losses, damages, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, wars, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, communications, representations, and discussions.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, amend, update, rewrite, replace, remove, expand, shorten, or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By using the Service, the User acknowledges that all use is undertaken voluntarily and entirely at the User's own risk. The Operator assumes no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting from access to or use of the Service. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and contractual obligations.
